This all-natural green tea metabolism booster recipe helped kick-start my metabolism and curbed my cravings, helping me lose seventeen pounds!
Add crushed green cardamom and cinnamon powder to a cup of water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Put a tea bag of green tea in a mug. Strain the hot water mixture into your cup.
Stir 1/2 tsp of honey into the tea.
Add fresh lemon juice, as much as desired.
Cover cup and allow to steep for a minute or so before drinking.
Use as much lemon as you like, for me, half a lemon (the small, Pakistani kind, not the huge American kind) is enough.
Please use common sense, do not drink a million cups of this in one day in the hopes of faster results. Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint.
